What it is

Tea-themed t-shirts and hoodies with a full catalog, cart, Razorpay checkout, print-on-demand fulfilment through Qikink webhooks, order tracking, a Google Shopping feed and server-side rendering for search. It moved from AWS to Cloud Run and was folded into The Jaggery Point as its merch store. A Gemini-driven autoresearch loop proposes and A/B tests SEO copy on its own.

What was hard, or unusual

• The most tested repo I own, with Playwright end-to-end flows for auth, cart, checkout and products.
• The migration runbook has a section titled where reality differed from the plan. It includes an iptables rule that silently bypassed nginx.
