What it is

Tea-themed t-shirts and hoodies with a full catalog, cart, Razorpay checkout, print-on-demand fulfilment through Qikink webhooks, order tracking, a Google Shopping feed and server-side rendering for search. It began as Tea Tee Store, moved from AWS to Cloud Run, and in September 2026 was folded into The Jaggery Point and renamed Merch by The Jaggery Point. A Gemini-driven autoresearch loop proposes and A/B tests SEO copy on its own.

What was hard, or unusual

• The most tested repo I own, with Playwright end-to-end flows for auth, cart, checkout and products.
• The migration runbook has a section titled where reality differed from the plan. It includes an iptables rule that silently bypassed nginx.
