A loyalty club where the phone, the counter and the POS share one data plane.
What it is
Scan the table QR, sign in with an email OTP, a passkey or WhatsApp, play a short activity, win a discount, and show a personal QR at the counter. The POS scans it and writes the order back, so visits and rewards accumulate in a loop. The spin wheel outcome is decided on the server and tuned to protect margins. The wheel only animates to it.
What was hard, or unusual
- First run was cut from eight taps to about three after a scripted UX audit measured the waits.
- The pass page polls for the scan, so the customer sees a tick before the phone goes back in the pocket.
