What it is

PanelPrep puts you in front of a two-person AI interview panel over full-duplex audio. It intakes your role and seniority conversationally, grounds questions in how the target company actually interviews, and scores a rubric report afterwards. A Gemini Live session has exactly one voice, so I run one session per panelist and made the client the floor-control authority, with a hand-off tool, guards against ping-pong, and a watchdog so the room can never go silent.

What was hard, or unusual

• Built for the NamasteDev hackathon in about a month, with a repo-local verification skill that drives real Gemini Live sessions headlessly.
• Prompts and voices are locked server-side into ephemeral tokens. Verified absent from the client bundle.
