A decision acceleration app for fast fashion executives, built for a 2026 hackathon.
What it is
A mobile-first progressive web app that turns early social signals into stock-keeping decisions in under a minute. Three workflows: a morning signal scan, risk calibration, and competitive response. The strategy folder holds nine numbered documents, from persona to workspace runbook, written before the first line of code.
What was hard, or unusual
- Two rules from the brief: if a feature does not reduce time to decision it does not ship, and if an insight cannot be explained in one sentence it does not surface.
