What it is

A production SaaS that turns a product photo and a one-line brief into a voiced, captioned, storyboarded video ad. Stills are approved before any paid video generation, scenes are generated one after another with last-frame continuity, and the script is fitted to a fixed words-per-second budget so speech is never cut. It ships a remote MCP server so AI agents can use its free marketing tools directly.

What was hard, or unusual

• Three-layer design: Markdown directives, an orchestrating agent, and deterministic Python for everything that must be repeatable.
• Every pricing or availability fact is synced across the MCP server, WebMCP tools, llms.txt and page copy in the same pull request, with drift-audit greps.
• Self-serve purchases have been paused since 2026-08-23 behind a fail-closed flag. Signup, free credits, generation for existing users, the free tools and the MCP server all stay open. Nothing was deleted.
