What it is

DhanChakra runs an Amazon India affiliate store end to end: it scouts products weekly, generates creatives, publishes static product pages with structured data, distributes through Instagram and capped Meta ads, measures every click, and runs a deterministic optimizer with a self-healing medic agent. My only recurring job is uploading the monthly earnings file. It orchestrates three of my other repos through documented seams.

What was hard, or unusual

• Over a hundred numbered architecture decision records. The house rule: if there is no ADR for a decision, the work is not done.
• Money rules live in tested code. The model writes prose and classifies, it never decides spend.
• Product pages ship with zero client-side JavaScript, JSON-LD, and an llms.txt for AI search engines.
